History

YENIXA 1.0, the vibrant inter-college fest of Yenepoya Institute of Arts, Science, Commerce, and Management, was successfully held in 2023, bringing together talent and enthusiasm from across 25 participating colleges. With an impressive turnout of 250 participants, the fest featured two major events: YEN Series, a dynamic management fest, and Scifier, an engaging science fest. The event served as a platform for students to showcase their skills, compete in various challenges, and foster a spirit of innovation and collaboration. YENIXA 2023 was a grand success, setting the stage for an even bigger and better YENIXA 2.0.

General Rules & Regulations

• Last Date for Registration: 4th April, 2025
• Eligibility: Open for all UG students
• Team Size: Maximum 19 participants per team
• Registration Counter Timings: 8:00 AM - 8:30 AM on both days
• No Spot Registration
• Technical Requirements (If Required): Participants may need to bring a laptop, dongle, and pen drive.
• Dress Code: Formal attire is mandatory
• Disqualification: Any form of misbehavior will lead to disqualification
• College ID Requirement: Participants must present a valid college ID during registration
• Bonafide Letter: Required from the participant's respective college
• Judging Criteria: The judges' decisions will be final and binding
• To qualify for overall championship: A team must participate in at least 5 events in The Vault track, 6 events in Arise track, and 6 events in Science Spells track to be eligible for their respective track championships
• Registration is FREE for all the events!
